Sharmada - Rishab
Sharmada and Rishab met through mutual friends in Chennai and quickly formed a deep bond, supporting each other through every milestone from their days in India to moving to the UK for their master’s degrees. Their relationship grew stronger through shared goals and dreams, eventually leading them to begin a new chapter together with the love and blessings of their families and friends.
They returned to India to host a beautifully intimate garden wedding near Chennai, thoughtfully planned with the help of their close friends. Despite lockdown restrictions, the celebration was magical from a warm engagement dinner under string lights to a high-energy dance night with music and laughter. The next morning, they tied the knot in a traditional ceremony with heartfelt rituals, beginning their forever as husband and wife.
Divya - Mohan
Some stories are written in the stars, and some are beautifully arranged, just like the journey of Divya and Mohan. Hailing from the picturesque city of Pondicherry, known as the French capital of India, Divya and Mohan were introduced by their families. With the blessings of their families and friends, the couple chose to celebrate their union in the very city where their roots lie - Pondicherry. The wedding was nothing short of magical, a vibrant celebration of love, culture, and togetherness.
The festivities began with electrifying energy, thanks to the Chandamelam team, whose traditional drum beats brought the entire venue alive. Each of the couple made a grand bike entry with fireworks, setting the tone for an unforgettable reception night.
As guests were welcomed with a dreamy fog that floated across the floor, it felt as if the couple walked through the clouds to reach the stage, a true heavenly walkway. A beautifully choreographed welcome dance performance added a touch of theatrical magic, leaving everyone in awe. The evening unfolded with joy, laughter, and endless dancing. Friends and family joined the stage to shower their love, blessings, and capture memories with the radiant couple. The dance performances, especially by Divya, Mohan, and their close circle, were the highlight of the night - energetic, heartfelt, and full of life.

As the celebrations continued through the night, the couple tied the knot the next morning at the same mandapam, in a serene and sacred ceremony, marking the beginning of their new life together.
Shruthi - Saravanan
Shruthi and Saravanan met in Germany while they pursued their higher education. The adorable couple, upon their return to India, decided to tie the knot. Their story is one filled with love, charm and strength.

Their wedding was conducted in a resort in the captivating town of Mahabalipuram. The event was a perfect mixture of traditional and contemporary elements, and every little detail- from the clothing to the food and venue was designed, planned and executed to perfection by their family and friends, a lot of whom are designers by profession.
The wedding was planned to be eco-sensitive. Much attention was given to the food and the materials used, and the concept of minimum waste was implemented.

Traditional ceremonies took place during the day, and parties and gatherings were hosted after sunset. The events were spread over two whole days after which the couple was cheered for and took off to begin the new phase of their lives together.
